how to Guasha on our body?

here are the general steps for performing gua sha:
Prepare the skin: Cleanse the area where you'll perform gua sha with gentle soap and water. You can also apply a natural oil, such as coconut oil, to the skin to help the tool glide smoothly.
Choose a gua sha tool: There are many different types of gua sha tools, such as jade, rose quartz, or stainless steel. Select the one that feels comfortable in your hand and has a smooth surface that won't irritate the skin.
Apply light pressure: Hold the gua sha tool at a 15-degree angle and apply light pressure to the skin. Start at the base of the neck and scrape down towards the shoulders. Repeat this motion 5-10 times.
Move to the next area: Move down the back in sections, repeating the scraping motion 5-10 times in each area. Be sure to scrape in a downward motion, following the natural flow of lymphatic drainage.
Focus on problem areas: If there are any areas of tension or pain, spend a little extra time scraping those areas to promote healing and release.
Finish with a soothing motion: After you've finished scraping the back, use a soothing motion, such as circular or sweeping strokes, to help calm the skin.
Cleanse the tool: After you've finished, clean your gua sha tool with soap and water and allow it to air dry before storing.
Note that these steps are general guidelines, and it's always a good idea to consult with a trained practitioner before attempting gua sha on yourself.
